Shipping & Delivery
At PapyrusBloom, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected planners, notebooks, art supplies, writing instruments, and desk accessories to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Method & Destinations
We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions.
Please Note: We do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-25 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address at checkout. PapyrusBloom is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you are the importer of record and may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. PapyrusBloom has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees we incur.
Damaged or Lost Items
While we pack every item with great care, please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit according to tracking, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
