What Your Tracking Status Means

Label Created / Pre-Shipment:
The shipping label has been generated. The carrier has not yet received the package.
In Transit:
Your package is on its way to the destination. You may see multiple location scans.
Out for Delivery:
The package is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive at your address today.
Delivered:
The package has been delivered to the provided address. If the status shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery location or with household members first.
